Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Kevin Szuch Fine Art sells original artwork directly via this website, at in-person events, and through select galleries. Products listed on this site are exclusive and available in limited quantities. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region and may discontinue any product at any time.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us at [insert support email] to inquire about international shipping options.
Please allow for reasonable processing time before shipment. Shipping times may vary based on carrier and location.

5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation.

6. COMMISSIONS

Commissioned works are accepted on a case-by-case basis. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to begin work. A timeline for completion will be agreed upon with the collector in writing prior to the start of work.

Kevin Szuch retains all copyright to commissioned works unless a separate licensing agreement is made.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All content on this website—including images, artworks, text, and logos—is the intellectual property of Kevin Szuch Fine Art.
Buyers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, using artwork for prints, NFTs, merchandise, or digital derivatives.
